Nazma Shiekh

Nazma, a seasoned Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist, brings over five years of rich experience across educational, clinical, and healthcare settings. She specialises in Gestalt Language Development, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), Apraxia/Dyspraxia, and related speech intervention. 

With a unique distinction, Nazma holds the title certified Natural Language Acquisition trained therapist for Gestalt Language development in Asia. Her comprehensive training and hands- on experience in Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) are customised to align with each child’s strengths, challenges, cognitive processing, language processing and learning style; effectively meeting the communication needs of individuals with complex requirements. She has also collaborated with India’s top AAC organisation, Avaz and has trained many professionals globally.

Known for my expertise in developing personalized treatment plans, I strive to empower patients in their recovery journey, promoting optimal function and mobility. 

GAYATHRI PRIYA SILVARAJAN

Priya is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and Sensory Integration Practitioner with over six years of experience supporting children with speech, language, and communication difficulties, particularly those with underlying sensory processing differences.
Priya earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology in New Zealand. She initially returned to Malaysia to practice but later sought opportunities to expand her expertise with better evidence-based speech and language therapy services. This pursuit led her to London, United Kingdom.
Currently, Priya works in mainstream primary and secondary schools, where she also provides parent training sessions using a family-centered approach. In her free time, Priya is exploring the world of teletherapy to reach a wider range of families who might have limited access to quality Speech and Language Therapy services, and that’s when she found Kaadir.
